This site has been the home of many restaurants throughout the years and is currently defunct. Although quite scenic, it suffers from a horrible shortage of parking space.

The Happy Face is under threat from massive development just to the east (at the north end of Kuehner). Bulldozers and earth-movers have scraped down twenty-feet-deep pits to within yards of it.

Vandals recently defaced the Happy Face. It has been reported that the originator of the Happy Face has been given permission by Larwin (owner of the hill) to redo the face.
